Colour interpretation is a complex and subtle matter, but a brief resume of the most common ones seen in the aura together with a summary explanation of their meaning can be found below.
RED: Energy, action, irritation, frustration, heat inflammation, sports, danger, present
oriented.
PINK: Psychic sensitivity, emotional vulnerability.
ORANGE: Leadership, organisational ability or activity, appetite, politically oriented, ambition,
stimulating.
PEACH: Calmness, vulnerability.
YELLOW: Intellect, linear thought, paperwork, accounting or legal matters, studies, reading,
logic, judgment and choices, critical.
MUSTARD: Worry, self doubt, self criticism, judgment of others, cowardice.
GREEN: Nature, balance, cooling but invigorating, crafts, health and teaching, cooking,
gardening, nurturing, trust, caring for oneself or others, outgoing, future oriented.
OLIVE: Insecurity, envy.
TURQUOISE: Expansive, interest in foreign matters/people, travel, writing, theatre, dance,
sculpture, restlessness, difficulty in making commitments, requires stimulation.
BLUE: Loyalty, artistic, sensitive, shy, stamina, fairness, harmony, quiet, cool on the
outside and emotional within, interest in spiritual matters, psychology, fashion
design, painting, past oriented. Control/out of control. Authority problems.
INDIGO: Loner, music, psychology, quiet, sacrifice, serious.
VIOLET: Isolated from group, personal power issues, guilt, nervous energy, discovery of
one’s spiritual power / nature.
GREY: Fear, hiding, seeks neutrality.
