If this is your first visit please read the following before you enter the shop.
Once a booking for any form of reading has been confirmed with you, i.e. a date and time has been agreed or work has started on a astrological analysis, then a cancellation fee may be charged if you subsequently cancel your booking. The amount of any cancellation fee is at our discretion and will depend upon the circumstances. Providing you give us reasonable notice and re-book your appointment then there will be no additional charge. If you fail to turn up for an appointment then we reserve the right to retain the whole of the fee you have paid.
You will also be asked to signify your agreement to the general Terms & Conditions relating to all orders placed through our site, at the time of placing an order.
We endeavour to respond to all orders or bookings within 48 hours, but there may be circumstances where this is not possible so please bear with us if it takes a little longer on occasion.
If you are booking any form of reading please be aware that the validity of information gained by either psychic or astrological means is disputed by many and that the use of any information provided to you by these means is entirely your responsibility and that we can give no guarantees as to either the validity or accuracy of such information. (we and our clients believe in it, but that doesn’t mean the law does!)
